Dearest friends,

Thank you all for pausing in this little window of my journey with yoga. It all began more than twenty years ago in the enchanting city of Chiang Mai, where the mountains meet the mist, and life flows with gentle grace.

In my journey, I worked in beauty salons, yet a quiet curiosity led me onto a path where mind and body whisper their secrets, and teach the art of balance.

Life's harmony in discovery; is woven not only through movement, but through nourishment, way too many stills and stillness: the pacificity of spirit, and the tender attention we give ourselves. I am still continuosly learning, still exploring, and still marvelling at the subtle ways these elements transform our well-being from the current life disruptions.

Today, in my cozy, pastoral studio in Pattaya, I invite you to join me in discovering yoga as a personal journey, where small, positive increments in daily routines may blossom into life affirming, transitional results.

Together, we explore not only posture and breath but also the quiet magic of balanced and mindful living.
